Our weekly service includes chemical testing and balancing, emptying all baskets, skimming debris, brushing walls and tiles, and a comprehensive equipment inspection to ensure everything is running at peak efficiency.
Yes, all standard maintenance chemicals (chlorine, acid, soda ash, etc.) are included in your monthly flat-rate plan. There are no extra charges for the chemicals we use during our weekly visits.
We recommend a deep filter cleaning every 3 to 6 months depending on usage and surrounding landscaping. Our Platinum plan include quarterly filter cleanings automatically.
In Florida, rain is common. We still come out for chemical testing and debris removal during light rain. In case of lightning or severe storms, we will reschedule for the next safe opportunity.
